Restaurants in the United States have different features ranging from construction materials to food service and location. They offer customers with power lunches, business meeting points and late night cocktails (Restaurants America 2009). A case in point is Grillroom which is an urban chophouse and wine bar. Others offer inviting, intimate and warm atmosphere for lunch and dinner with families and friends created by wood paneled and flagstone walls, captivating artwork, oversized curved leather booths and an open kitchen system (Restaurants America 2009).
